If for any reason we don't meet your expectations, you can return your ring within 30 days for a full refund - no questions asked. You can find detailed instructions on how to proceed with a return here.
Our packing is totally discreet, there's no branding on our packaging and nothing that gives any indication of what's inside. We post the rings in a small padded envelope with a printed postage label on the front - that's all. The pacakge is designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so you don't have to be home to sign for it.
We keep our rings in stock in the UK and ready to ship first class. We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours and all orders are sent first class, this means your ring should arrive within 3 working days, however we advise ordering earlier where possible.

Our rings feature gemstones ranging from the equivalent of a 1ct diamond up to a 3ct diamond. For reference, a 1ct lab-grown diamond costs around £400, while a natural 1ct diamond starts at approximately £1,500, with prices varying based on cut, color, and clarity.
It's important that an engagement ring fits comfortably and securely, so that your partner can wear the ring while you celebrate together immediately after your proposal. However being a temporary proposal ring, there’s a little more room for improvisation, as you’ll be able to get measured properly for the forever ring together.
